Custom Heliarc is a precision CNC machining and welding shop based in Texas with over 20 years of experience serving industries from aerospace to defense. They needed a complete brand identity — starting with a logo that conveyed their industrial expertise, precision, and reliability. We designed a bold monogram featuring the 'CHI' initials inside a mechanical flange, a nod to their world of pipe fittings, welding, and fabrication. From there, we produced custom embroidered apparel and shirts featuring the mark, and are currently building their website to give them a professional online presence.
