How It Works

1. You subscribe to a CBX Solutions plan
2. Within 7 days, if you're not satisfied, contact us
3. We process your refund within 5-10 business days
4. You receive a full refund

What This Covers

• Any monthly service plan tier (Design, Design + Dev, Full Stack + Marketing, AI + Automation)
• Monthly or annual billing
• Your first monthly service plan period only

One-Time Services

One-time services (logo design, brand identity packages, website builds, SEO audits, landing pages, ad creative packages, etc.) have different payment and refund terms than monthly plans:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Deposits are non-refundable — they cover consultation, planning, and creative work that starts immediately
• Remaining 50% due upon completion, before final deliverables are handed over
• Exceptions may be made if CBX Solutions cannot start the project within 30 business days, or by mutual agreement before any work has begun

How to Request a Refund

For monthly plans: email us at contact@cbx.solutions within 7 days of your subscription start date. Include your name and the email associated with your account. We’ll process it promptly.

For one-time services: deposits are non-refundable. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, contact us and we’ll review it.

After 7 Days

After 7 days on a monthly plan, our standard cancellation policy applies. You may cancel anytime with no cancellation fees — you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period. See our Terms of Use for full details.

Exceptions

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. If you've previously had a monthly service plan and canceled, this offer does not apply to restarting a plan.
