2. Within 7 days, if you're not satisfied, contact us
3. We process your refund within 5-10 business days
4. You receive a full refund

What This Covers

• Any monthly service plan tier (Design, Design + Dev, Full Stack + Marketing, AI + Automation)
• Monthly or annual billing
• Your first monthly service plan period only

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@cbx.solutions within 7 days of your monthly service plan start date. Include your name and the email associated with your account. We'll process it promptly.

After 7 Days

After 7 days, our standard cancellation policy applies. You may cancel anytime with no cancellation fees — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Exceptions

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. If you've previously had a monthly service plan and canceled, this offer does not apply to restarting a plan.
